"Search me now what will you find,
within your troubled wake?
Seeking out your destiny,
the roads that you must take?
...and as you travel far in life,
and wonder what it means...
nothing's ever as it looks,
so misty are the screens...
A perfect world awaits you now,
but you must find the key...
The answers lurk inside of us,
of who we want to be...
Beauty now surrounds you as you
struggle with the seams...
Here you will find peace in this,
abandoned city of dreams..."
Nearly 30 years ago, I met someone wonderful.
This person taught me music, spent so much quality time with me, and
helped shape me into the person I am today. This person was my Grandmother Carolyn. Nearly a decade ago, she helped me write the original version of this track (Released under the Wrillez Basics Alias in 2012 via Soundwaves Records PL) and in 2019, that song was remastered, and properly released as a Brilliant Venture tune. However, it brings me great sadness to report, that on December 8th 2021, my grandmother drew her last breath within this realm. She went out valiantly, with dignity and elegance. This remix is a tribute to her memory, with a send-up in the breakdown to her days as a piano teacher. This holiday season may be a bit darker without her...at least for my family, but if I can share the light she brought me and so many others with all of you, then I feel she'd be happy I did so.
I hope your Hearthswarming/holiday celebrations go well!
Please show love to those in your family who love you, and make the
most of their presence.

I love each and everyone of you! Please stay safe, and have a great time!
